Weather Conditions

-When temperatures drop below 35F or rise above 95F, we reserve the right to postpone shipping until weather conditions improve.

-When extreme weather conditions occur, including snow storms, heat waves, etc., we reserve the right to postpone shipping until weather conditions improve.

-An additional Handling fee may be added upon checkout in order to pay for heat/cold packs if necessary.

-We are only responsible for weather conditions at our end, not yours.  If weather conditions are acceptable here, but not where you are located, you are responsible.  It is simply too difficult for us to check weather conditions everywhere we ship to.  If temperatures drop or rise above the parameters stated above, guarantees may void.

Gift Certificates

-Printed Gift Certificates are transferable if they do not include a recipient email address. For security and verification purposes, you may be required to verify your identity using a credit card.

-Multiple gift certificates can be redeemed on a single purchase if they are in the same currency. Unused balances may be applied to other purchases.

-Gift certificates do not expire and do not accrue maintenance fees.

-Neither the Snail Tail Flies nor PayPal are responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
